Terms of return
Exchange, return and warranty service
The warranty is unlimited and is provided for jewelry made of gold with a Certificate of Conformity. Silver jewelry and jewelry with a thread are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty service includes:
- elimination of defects caused by the manufacturer;
- repair of minor damage if all elements of the jewelry are present and the integrity of its shape is preserved (chain breakage, disconnection of the club/heart/other element of the jewelry, if any, defects in the clasp or magnet);
- the possibility of free cleaning.
Warranty service is also provided for an additional fee if textile or leather elements need to be replaced, the jewelry has defects or damage caused by misuse or negligent handling (bumps, dents, mechanical damage to the chain, significant deformation of the product, loss of jewelry elements, diamond loss, etc.)
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172: Goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) include jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation and semi-precious stones.By confirming your order, you agree to the return policy.
